What is bottle cap ?
Bottle caps is a kind of plastic cap are made of polyethylene terephthalate .
It is an important part of packaging and containers .
Depending on the processing method , this material can appear transparent ,opaque or white , any color you want .
The advantage of the bottle cap is not only serve to open the bottle , but also provide the option to reseal it .
How Bottle Caps are Made?
The plastic caps are created by injection molding.
Firstly ,mixing the material with color master ,and then put ingredients into the injection machine that heats and mixes them, then pushed into a mold cavity.
In the mold cavity it will cool off and harden to that mold shape. And the final step is to pare the cap’s bottom .
